Great news from the Institute of Fluid Mechanics (LSTM): Prof. Ramis Örlü, Oslo Metropolitan University, has been selected as the recipient of the Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Research Award. The award will allow Prof. Örlü to visit LSTM during the next two years, hosted by Prof. Dr. Philipp Schlatter. The joint research will focus on turbulence experiments.
This prestigious international award, presented annually by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation to distinguished scientists, recognises outstanding research contributions and promotes research collaborations with institutions in Germany.
