The Student Service Centre is located together with the Department Office CBI (Geschäftstelle CBI) and the Internship Office at FAU’s south campus in Erlangen.

Open consultation hour: Tuesdays: 09.00 am to 12.00 pm and 02.00 pm – 05.00 pm at the Department Administration Office (Geschäftsstelle CBI).

If you have any subject-specific questions about the content/programme structure of the CEN and ET degree programmes, please contact the CEN or ET Student Advisory Service.

Please note when changing degree programmes: The degree programmes CBI, CEN and LSE (programme and examination regulation (FPO) before WS 19/20) are related in terms of content. This means that a final failure of a module in the “old” degree programme excludes admission to the other Bachelor’s degree programme – regardless of whether the module is part of the new degree programme. Admission to the new degree programme is also lost retroactively if the “old degree programme” is definitively failed after the change. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please also take note of the latest regulations on the website of the Faculty of Engineering.
