A team from our Institute of Multiscale Simulation of Particulate Systems (MSS) conducted a centrifuge campaign at European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESA/ESTEC) in the Netherlands. Olfa D’Angelo, Geovane de Jesus Rodrigues and Nadja Al Akkam were at the Large Diameter Centrifuge (LDC) for testing the effect of hypergravity on the behavior of granular materials similar to the soil found on the Moon surface.
